By using our website or purchasing from WingSet, you agree to these terms.

Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

• There has been an obvious pricing or listing error

• Payment cannot be authorised

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Any applicable delivery costs will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.

5. UK Delivery

WingSet currently delivers physical products within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery information will be provided where applicable.

Occasionally, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns

We offer a 14-day return period, subject to applicable UK consumer law.

If you wish to return an eligible physical product, contact contact@wingsetcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products should be unused and returned in their original condition unless the item is faulty or your statutory rights provide otherwise.

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation or return, including personalised products and certain digital products where applicable and permitted by law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Digital Products

Digital products and downloadable resources are for the purchaser’s personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

WingSet materials must not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded or commercially exploited without written permission.

Where immediate access to digital content is supplied following the customer’s express agreement, statutory cancellation rights may be affected as permitted by applicable consumer law.

8. School Aviation Experiences

School experiences are arranged directly between WingSet and the relevant school or organisation.

The exact activities, timings and format may vary depending on factors including:

• Student age

• Number of participants

• Venue

• Available facilities

• Equipment

• Accessibility requirements

• Health and safety considerations

WingSet may make reasonable adjustments to planned activities where necessary.

Schools and organisations remain responsible for the appropriate supervision and safeguarding of their students unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Specific booking, cancellation, payment and operational terms may be provided to schools when arranging an experience.

9. Aviation Information Disclaimer

WingSet provides educational aviation experiences, products and general resources.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, WingSet content does not constitute approved flight instruction, regulatory guidance or a substitute for training from an appropriately qualified instructor or approved training organisation.

Pilots and student pilots remain responsible for consulting current official publications, applicable regulations, aircraft documentation and appropriately qualified aviation professionals.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original WingSet branding, written content, graphics, resources, product designs and other original materials belong to WingSet Collective.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold or commercially exploited without prior permission.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website

• Introduce malicious software
